So I have been monitoring my monitor, some fun life huh?! Well, by that I mean, I would go out in the morning at my allowed time and take my dog out, then walk the buildings to see what windows need cleaned and what laundry rooms need redone from the shitbags who cant clean up after themselves of spilled laundry soap, dryer sheets and lint on the floor, detergent containers empty and left scattered around the laundry room rather than put into the trash. Nevertheless, I came in from my rounds and watched the monitor to see if it turned red when I walked in. Sure enough it did. Now, this leads me to conclude that yet again my PO has not put in my cleaning times AGAIN!!! How hard is this. First off, I had to get a letter from my employer that stated the address of where I was working, the days and times, the phone number of the office and of course on the business letter head and the PO went down to confirm the employment. So, my letter states I clean from 9-5 M-F. How hard it is to put that into the computer? I never had issues with my cleaning schedule before. My monitor didn't call out until 5pm on the weekdays and randomly during the weekends. That is why I conclude that the cleaning schedule has not been put in yet again. There is no reason that it should have been taken out. This is a reason I had to leave Denny's because I could only have one work schedule in the system. Now, my PO knows that I left Denny's and my original work schedule has not been put back into the system. Frankly, it is pissing me off. I know when she makes her rounds she will be asking why I have not cleaned. Well, it's simply, my damn monitor goes red when I leave my fucking house you cooze!!! Like I do not understand why or how it is so difficult to put a standing schedule in the computer so that I have my cleaning time. Seriously. I know when she first hooked me up, she told me she has 30 people to supervise. Uh, ok.....and? You want what from me? That is the career you decided to take, you will not get sympathy from me. Additional to the irritation of not being able to clean and take my dog outside to go to the fucking bathroom, I have contacted her several times to ask what is going on with my schedule and I have YET to get a returned phone call. This my readers, this is why people fail at house arrest. Because they still have to make a living and yet somehow the PO manages not to put the work schedule in. So what are they to do? Most people really do not pay attention to their monitor like I do. I am just parinoid. I will admit it! Most people call their work schedules in, expect their PO to do their JOB and go to work. Then come to find out the PO didn't do their job and rather than admitting they didn't do their job, they simply say, sorry but 1 I didn't get your message 2 I did not call you nack and give you the approval for your schedule, therefore it is understood I did not approve your schedule 3 A call was never placed, I check my messages daily and there was nothing from you about your work schedule. Therefore, that person in no in violation of their house arrest and gets hauled off to jail for the remainder of their probation and/or the alternative house arrest sentence the Judge had given them in replacement of time in jail. Don't get me wrong, there are people out there that intentionally remove their anklet knowing the consequences and go about their lives. They cause their own fate. However, the ones that are going to work and coming home like they are supposed to and getting into trouble bc their PO forgot to enter their work schedule in and their locations do not add up with the schedule that was entered into the computer is WRONG. But of course as a convicted criminal the Judge will not believe a word you utter, but rather side with the lazy PO and throw the criminal in jail. So, yes, I am frustrated because clearly my work schedule is not being put in and I am stepping out of bounds and that is going to or could fuck me up. As a precaution, I saved the letter that my employer wrote and had the PO sign off that she recieved a copy of the letter containing the schedule. I really do not care how she felt signing that letter. Because this is my life we are talking about. Additionally, anytime I have to schedule anything, if I call while she is in her office, on Monday, I make sure I have her on speaker phone and I record the conversation on my cellphone so that she cannot come back and say that conversation took place. Yeah, I have thought of a way or two to beat this system (as some would say), but I say it is looking out for me and making sure I have proof, the number on thing a criminal needs in defense to the judge. I have recorded every conversation I have had when it comes to calling the office and speaking with the PO, additionally, if she is out in the field during the remainder of the week, I text her that way I have proof that she was made aware of my appointment or what have you and her response is also documented noting that she gave permission to attend during the windows in which I provided for her.
I have always loathed any and all law enforcements since I was a young child. When you are a child and telling cops that you are being abused at home, and nothing is done. You have ZERO respect for them. You mean to tell me you could not check the situation out? File a report? So after going through that for years of telling officers and other adults that I was being hurt at home and nothing being done about it, I have very little respect for law enforcement. Don't lie to kids and tell them you are there to protect them then when a kid comes and tells you something you shrug it off. FUCK YOU! Another reason I loathe officers and law enforcement as a whole, I have seen countless times in my days of cops turning their lights on just to pass through a red light then turning them back off once through the light. I can count on one hand the amount of officers I have personally witness wear a seat belt, but yet we are required by law to wear one. We are not allowed to speed without repercussions. Yes, we still speed in hopes of not being caught. But when we are caught we pay a find and get points on our license right? Yet, they speed whenever they want to without any repercussions. I literally followed a cop before when he randomly began speeding. Where did this cop end up? Meeting his buddy in the parking lot of subway then going in to order food and eat. Are you kidding me?!! You mean to tell me you have the 'right' to speed because you have a badge and apparently are meeting your bro for lunch?! Why can't I speed (without repercussions) when I am meeting someone? Why aren't I allowed to run a red light when I do not feel like waiting for the next green light? Or what about that stop sign that I do not want to stop at? Why are you allowed to run it and not pay a fine but I am not? I am for equality in every sense of the word, equal pay for equal work, equal laws for all, equal consequences for all regardless if you have a badge or millions of dollars. I have no respect for those who are supposed to enforce and uphold the law and yet are selective in what laws they abide by. How about the woman married to an officer who beats the shit out of her? Who is she supposed to call, after all, he is the law.....right? Where do her rights go when her husband continues to beat her, knowing nothing will be done to him because he is an officer of the law?! When do we hold EVERYONE responsible to follow the law, that includes cops. I am not saying all cops are bad cops, however, I am saying there are far too many who abuse their piece of shit piece of metal with numbers, name and seal on it because they feel they are above the law! Fuck the crooked cops and other law enforcers. That goes for correction officers who sneak shit into prison and/or jail for their favorite prisoners or who gives one person an extra 5 mins in the shower and not the rest of the pod an extra 5 mins. That goes for lawyers who abuse their knowledge and the system. But after all, lawyers know they are liars and good at it. Sadly, that is what they get paid for....getting people off. In that rant, all I am saying is people who are supposed to enforce and uphold the law, who abuse their power piss me off and leave them with no respect. Then they wonder why persons cannot trust them, don't respect them, and speak to them the same way they are being spoken to.
